No. ParentCare.pl acts as an intermediary, connecting clients with providers. This allows you to quickly find help with your daily chores.
How can I order the service?
Simply fill out the online application form or contact us by email or phone. We'll quickly present you with available options and a suitable contractor.
How much do the services cost?
Prices depend on the type of job and are always negotiated individually. On the website, you'll find price ranges for popular services to help you plan your budget.
Who is responsible for the quality of services?
The contractor carrying out the order is responsible for quality and punctuality. ParentCare.pl works exclusively with trusted professionals and monitors customer reviews. If you experience any issues, you can file a complaint – we'll help resolve the matter.
How can I be sure that the contractor is reliable?
Each contractor undergoes preliminary verification (interview, references, and, if necessary, a certificate of no criminal record). Additionally, after each service, clients provide reviews, which build their reputation.
How do payments work?

Depending on the service, you can:

  • pay directly to the contractor,
  • pay through ParentCare.pl, and the funds will only be transferred to the contractor after confirmation of completion.
What if the service is not performed or is performed poorly?
You have the right to submit a complaint within 48 hours of the service being provided. We will review the complaint, and the provider may be removed from our network. In the case of payments through ParentCare.pl, funds will not be released to the provider until the matter is resolved.
Can I order the service once, without a subscription?
Yes. ParentCare.pl offers both monthly packages and one-time services. You choose what best suits your needs.
What area does ParentCare.pl operate in?
We currently operate in Krakow and the surrounding area. We plan to expand to other cities in the future.
What data do I need to provide when ordering a service?
All you need is basic contact information: name, phone number, and email address. For services that require travel, the delivery address is also provided. All data is protected in accordance with GDPR.
Can I become a contractor at ParentCare.pl?
Yes. If you'd like to join as a nanny, cleaner, photographer, or specialist, please contact us via the form on our website. We'll verify your credentials and add you to our database.
