Terms of Service of ParentCare.pl
1. General Provisions
- These Terms define the rules for using the ParentCare.pl website (hereinafter: "The Service") operated by ParentCare.pl Artur Jerzyk, NIP 6792935949.
- The Service acts as an intermediary between individuals seeking support in everyday tasks (hereinafter: "Clients") and individuals or companies providing services (hereinafter: "Providers").
- Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
- The Service enables Clients to order services such as:
- childcare,
- cleaning, shopping, parcel collection,
- ad hoc household help,
- family photography and other local services.
- The exact scope and prices of services are determined individually in the offer or arrangements between the Client and the Provider.
- ParentCare.pl does not provide services directly but acts as an intermediary in their organization.
3. Registration and Use of the Service
- Clients can use the Service via a contact form, email, or phone.
- Providing contact details is necessary for processing the request.
- The Client is obliged to provide true and up-to-date information.
4. Cooperation Rules and Liability
- Providers render services as independent entities and are not employees of the Service.
- ParentCare.pl makes every effort to cooperate only with verified and trusted individuals, but is not liable for the actions of Providers.
- The Provider bears full responsibility for the quality and safety of the provided service.
- The Client may submit complaints or feedback to the Service – every complaint will be reviewed, and the Provider may be excluded from the Platform.
5. Payments
- Payments for services are handled according to the model specified on the Service:
- In the case of payments via ParentCare.pl: the Client makes a payment to the Service, and the Service transfers the funds to the Provider after the service is confirmed,
- In the case of direct payments: settlement is made between the Client and the Provider.
- The Service may charge a commission based on the value of the service – the amount is communicated to both the Client and the Provider before accepting the order.
- Service prices are indicative and may vary based on individual arrangements.
6. Complaints
- The Client has the right to submit a complaint regarding the quality of the service within 48 hours after its completion.
- Complaints can be submitted via email: [kontakt@parentcare.pl].
- ParentCare.pl will undertake mediation between the Client and the Provider.
- The Provider is ultimately responsible for the execution of the service.
7. Personal Data Protection
- The administrator of personal data is ParentCare.pl Artur Jerzyk, NIP 6792935949.
- Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing services and contacting the Client.
- The detailed principles of data processing are defined in the Privacy Policy available on the Service.
8. Final Provisions
- ParentCare.pl reserves the right to amend these Terms. Clients will be informed of any changes via publication on the website.
- In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
- The Terms of Service are effective from the date of publication on the ParentCare.pl website.
